Lachlan S.R. Adamson
I completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) at the University of Sydney in 2018. During my Honours, supervised by Dr. Yu Heng Lau, I first began work in synthetic biology studying encapsulin protein cages and the effect of encapsulation on enzyme stability and kinetics. I began my PhD, which I am currently in my 3rd year of, in the Lau Research Group in 2019. My research is currently focused on engineering encapsulin cages to control the selectivity of molecular flux through the cage.
